GIC NORA auditing team offers to carry out a gender audit in your organisation. The gender audit output is a final report including recommendations in equal opportunities. We can also prepare an action plan for implementing these recommendations.
The gender audit assesses a situation in your institution with regard to equality of women and men and other aspects of diversity such as ageism, behaviour towards people with disabilities, ethnic groups etc.
The gender audit focuses mainly on the following topics:
Recruitment and selection of employees
Career development and education
Flexible forms of employment
The audit usually combines qualitative (analysis of documents, individual interviews and phone calls, focus groups) and quantitative methods (questionnaire).
The audit aims to describe the current situation in an organisation, emphasize best practices and positive examples, which can be further reinforced, identify opportunities for improvement and recommend procedures leading to a change in order to promote equality and diversity in the institution.
Contact us and we will prepare a tailor-made offer for your organisation.
